The delivery point you can submit can be either your front yard, backyard, driveway, apartment commons area, etc.

Assessment process:
First, we make sure your address is within our delivery range. We take our delivery point limitations very seriously, and we do not deliver to points that are outside our range.
We need to have a clear area with access to the sky, free of trees, power lines or other obstacles. The ground should also be free from things such as pool/water/trampoline etc.
Ideally, we'll be looking for a clear area of 14 by 14 ft or bigger.
We also take into account flight routes, population density, and additional parameters that affect our service.
With that said, our operators hold the responsibility to review each point request and might decline a specific request if they don't feel it is safe enough. We can, in some cases, recommend to connect you to a nearby communal delivery point, where you'll be able to accept orders a few feet away from your house.
