How do I place an order?

Before placing your first order you will need to create a Flytrex account. If you have not created an account you can do so by going to the Create Your Profile article and following the steps to establish a user profile on the Flytrex app.

Next, you will have to select where you would like to have your order delivered. If you have not submitted your address for review you can do so by going to the Requesting a Delivery Point article and following the steps, or select a public point and start ordering immediately.

The app will let you choose your desired delivery point, or default to the delivery point that you had chosen the last time you opened the app.

Your local Public Delivery Points and your approved Private Delivery Points are located under the Delivery Point drop-down at the top of your Flytrex app:

After clicking on the delivery point you would like to have your order delivered to, you may browse the selection of restaurants available in your area. After you've selected the menu items of your choice, press ADD TO CART at the bottom of the screen.

Once your cart is ready for checkout press the CHECKOUT button at the bottom of your screen.

This will take you to the Order Details screen where you can browse the screen to make sure you have the correct items selected, add a Promo Code, and add a tip as well. Now that you are ready to complete your order press the Place Order button. You will then be prompted to enter your payment information.

You can pay with Apple Pay (iPhone users), Google Pay (Android users), or your credit card. You can save your card information for future orders by checking the Save for Future Flytrex payments box.

When ready, select Pay to complete your payment and ordering process. Once your payment is approved you will then be taken to the Order Tracker screen to begin tracking your order's progress.
