Whether your first order happens at a public point or a private point, the onboarding process is similar.
Delivery to your home address - With your first order that is drone delivered, we need to mark the precise location of the drone delivery point at your back yard, so that all future deliveries are completed safely.
The process involves marking the exact coordinates of the point where the drone will hover and drop off your order. In addition, it includes making sure there are no obstacles that will prevent the drone from identifying that point in subsequent deliveries.
In certain circumstances, we send a member of our team to your yard to assist with the process and coordinate delivery. This step will only be conducted once.
Delivery to a Public Point - If your first order is delivered to a public point, our onboarding will consist of a crew member meeting you at the point and walking you through what to expect, how to safely retrieve your order and answering any questions you have.
