We’re so excited for your drone delivery. A few key safety points to keep in mind, to ensure that all your drone deliveries go smoothly:
Please make sure the delivery area is clear from people and animals. If the drone is delivering to your driveway, please make sure your vehicle is not parked there. The drone will not be able to complete the delivery if an item is in the delivery point.
While we greatly appreciate your enthusiasm, we do ask that you not touch the delivery until the drone has respooled the hook and wire back into the delivery compartment. Removing the package prematurely can cause issues with the drone and the delivery.
